Todd Masilko is an Associate Professor and Faculty Director of the Interaction Design department at ArtCenter College of Design. He is a graduate of ArtCenter’s Product Design department and has taught in the school’s Interaction Design Department since the department’s founding. The Interaction Design curriculum at ArtCenter emphasizes core human centered design methods, tools, processes as well as the impacts and opportunities presented by emerging technologies
including virtual environments and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, on the practice of user experience design.
As an instructor, Masilko has taught studio classes and workshops sponsored by industry partners including ADP, Amazon, Dell, DiDi Chuxing, Microsoft, NIO, Google, Honda, Koenig & Bauer, the Aquarium of the Pacific and the Sundance Film Festival. In addition to teaching at ArtCenter, Todd works as a consultant for on a range of projects in the emerging technology and UX realm.
