Stefan Raab, the Senior Director of Americas Business Development, joined Equinix in 2014 and leads the cultivation of ecosystems from Chile to Canada. In his tenure at Equinix he has also served in various Solution Architecture and Product roles leveraging his diverse background to help customers embrace digital disruption with on Equinix’s industry leading Digital Infrastructure Platform. Previously, Mr. Raab lead product development at ICO Global Communications, a mobile satellite-based service that combined interactive navigation and broadcast television. He specialized in Mobile IP, a routing protocol for cellular and wireless applications, having worked on its deployment at Nextel Communications and development at Cisco Systems. Mr. Raab holds his BS degree in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary. He holds 9 patents and is a co-author of the book Mobile IP Technology and Applications published by Cisco Press May 2005.
