I am involved in design and development of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) features such as CACC (Cooperative Adaptive Cruise Control), CICMB (Cooperative Intersection Collision mitigation Braking), Vision only ACC, Trailer angle detection using DNN, Traffic Jam Assist and Wireless camera. Filed 20+ US patents on ADAS technologies. As an active member of SAE committee involved in functional safety committee (J2980) and On-Road Automated Vehicle Standards Committee (J3018), also active member of ISO 26262 technical committee.
Prior to this, have 5+ years of experience in safety critical automotive software development, AUTOSAR, and Model Based Development using Matlab & Simulink. Good experience with bootloader, base software, application layer software development including control and signal processing algorithms development for inverter (HEV/EV application), Active Safety Systems, Suspension System & Electronic Stability Controller (ESC) applications. Apart from software development have good experiences in system engineering of safety critical systems based on ISO 26262 (FSCAE Certified from TUV).
Being one of the founding members of a start-up company, have an excellent experience in requirement gathering, project proposal preparation, negotiation and finalization of the projects, project planning, project execution, software processes development, change management, product architect, component selection, H/W platform design, and firmware & application development for numerous product design services in embedded space and grew the company from 3 people to 30 with $600k (equivalent Indian Rupees) in revenues over 3 years.
